May 24, 2009

This Memorial Day Weekend, join up with thousands of cyclists for this once-a-year, one-of-a-kind event. Get up early and eat a good breakfast, bring some extra water and hop on your bike and take it for a ride along the 8 lanes wide, 15 miles long Lake Shore Drive. Starting at 5am in downtown Chicago’s Grant Park, ride south to the Museum of Science & Industry, north to Bryn Mawr and back to Grant Park. You’ll enjoy the beautiful architecture, parks and lake front views normally reserved for motorized vehicles. And be sure to keep an eye open for us along the way. We support Bike the Drive riders by keeping your tires pumped up, chains greasy and gears changing smooth. So stop by during your break at Bryn Mawr and say “hi”.
